The staff was WELCOMING and that's why we can recommend it. The hotel was set walking distance to matenadaran. Grand Candy, which is placed only 400 feet away, is a nice dining choice.

A small but Very comfortable hotel in a central location. A little bit of contemporary simplicity brought to a city lacking in this level of budget.
A minor problem is that its design is stone and wood, therefore a bit echoey from the corridor. But with only eight rooms this is not really a problem, just an observation.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location is fantastic, right by the top of Mashtots St, making it incredibly easy to explore the city centre and visit all the major attractions on foot. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were well-maintained and included basic amenities such as a fridge, which was very convenient. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast, especially the homemade jam – a lovely touch that added to the overall experience.
Everything was perfect during my stay.

The hotel staff were not very helpful and didn't seem interested in assisting us with our needs. The lack of customer service was a huge letdown during our stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem located in the heart of the city, super close to everything. You will be just steps away from the famous tourist attraction and surrounded by great restaurants and cafes. Rooms are large and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and very helpful, offering exceptional service. the breakfast is simply delicious with eggs made to order and freshly baked bread.
The only downside is limited room availability due to its small size.

Loved the comfortable bed and the cozy atmosphere of this boutique hotel. the breakfast that came to the room was a nice touch and the coffee was amazing. the location was perfect for a romantic escape, close to all the sights and attractions. We particularly enjoyed the nearby restaurants and bars.
There was no view from our room and the curtains let in too much light in the morning. the room was also quite small and lacked some of the amenities we were expecting.
